Welcome to Summer 2025 at Cinnamon Shore! This year, we’re excited to introduce a two-row beach chair setup in our North location for the first time. Below, you’ll find answers to frequently asked questions about this new setup to help ensure a seamless beach experience for our staff, guests, and homeowners.

  • We’ve added a second row to accommodate increased demand and provide more opportunities for guests to enjoy our premium beach services. This setup will ensure everyone has a comfortable spot on the sand!

    • Shoreline Row: Closest to the water with the best views.

    • Seasonal Row: Situated behind the front row but still offering a relaxing beach experience.

  • Visit the Beach Hut near Mile Marker 45, where a beach attendant will be happy to assist you.

  • The beachfront is narrower there than at North. With the tides and the necessary beach road along the dunes, there is only room for one row of chairs and umbrellas at Cinnamon Shore South.

  • For safety reasons, golf carts are not allowed to park next to beach setups in this row. This ensures a safer environment for all guests and maintains clear pathways on the beach.

    Parking Guidelines

    • Golf Carts: All golf carts must be parked perpendicularly behind the Seasonal Row of chairs. This ensures adequate space and safety for all guests.

    • Vehicles: Vehicles are not allowed to park behind the Seasonal Row of chairs due to the spacing required for the drivable beach road. This is a safety measure to ensure that emergency vehicles can easily access all areas of the beach and that traffic flows smoothly.

  • To maintain a fair and consistent experience for all guests, additional umbrellas are not permitted in the Seasonal Row.

  • We organize the Seasonal Row this way to maximize space for both your family and other guests, ensuring everyone has enough room to enjoy their beach day.

  • City regulations require us to always keep a drivable road space clear. While it may appear that there’s room for additional setups, we must follow these regulations to ensure safety and accessibility for emergency vehicles and beach traffic.

    • Beach setups are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. While we cannot guarantee specific locations, our team will do their best to accommodate your preferences.

    • For families or groups wanting to be placed next to friends or other guests, it’s best to make this request at the time of booking your reservation. Requests made on the day of your setup may not be possible due to availability and space constraints.

  • Our team sets up chairs and umbrellas by 9am and takes them down around 5pm. Times may vary depending on weather conditions.

  • If you need help with your beach setup or have any questions, look for a Beach Attendant near the Beach Hut or flag down one of our team members on the beach.

  • Tidal Influence: All beach chairs and umbrellas are subject to tidal changes. During high tide, we may need to move or remove setups to protect equipment and maintain safety. 

  • On days the tide makes the North beach too narrow to accommodate two rows of chairs and allow room for the egress required for vehicular traffic, the Seasonal Row reservations will move from a setup at North Beach to a setup at South Beach. Just a mile down the beach, the narrower beach at South only allows a single row chairs, and we’ll find a spot for you there. 

     

    If the tide is too high at South, as well, we may have to cancel your reservations for the day.

    • If you have reserved beach chairs for the day, your bonfire will be placed in the closest available space in front of your beach setup. We will also ensure that you have the same number of bonfire chairs as your beach setup (e.g., if you reserved 4 beach chairs, you’ll have 4 bonfire chairs).

    • If you did not reserve beach chairs for the day, each bonfire includes 2 chairs. Additional chairs can be added to any bonfire for $10 per chair.

    • A Beach Attendant will take care of your bonfire for you. Simply show up and enjoy. Our team will light the fire, prepare the setup, and deliver the S'mores directly to you at your bonfire location.

    • Please be mindful of your scheduled bonfire time. If you are running late, kindly notify the service desk. As we manage a high volume of fires throughout the day, we want to make sure we are on time for all our guests

  • If any of your beach equipment is damaged, please contact a Beach Attendant immediately. We’ll do our best to assist with replacements.

  • If any personal items are left behind at your beach setup, our Beach Team will collect them and turn them in to the Service Desk for safekeeping. To retrieve any lost items, please visit the Front Desk during office hours. We are not responsible for personal items left unattended on the beach, but we’ll do our best to ensure they are returned to you as quickly as possible.

  • We encourage everyone to enjoy their time on the beach, but please be mindful of noise levels so that all guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Personal music devices should be kept at a low volume, and loud, disruptive noise should be avoided.

    • High Winds: On windy days, our team may adjust setups for safety. Please be patient and follow any guidance provided.

    • Respect the Dunes: Please avoid driving or parking on the dunes to help protect our beautiful beach ecosystem.

    • Be Mindful of Other Guests: Cinnamon Shore is a family-oriented community, and we strive to create a fun and respectful environment for everyone. Please be considerate of your neighbors’ space and ensure that all guests, whether they are next to you or further down the beach, can enjoy their time as much as you do.
