Terms and Conditions Beach Chairs
SHORE LINE POLICIES:

We require full payment at the time of booking.

For Beach Chair / Umbrella Rentals and Bonfire Events, if services cannot be provided due to weather, closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund may be provided.
Cancellations:

Beach Chair / Umbrella rentals and Bonfire events cancelled twenty-four (24) hours, or more, before the rental or event will be provided with a refund less a 3.5% processing fee. Beach Chair / Umbrella rentals cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the rental period will require forfeiture of the first day of the beach chair / umbrella rental. Bonfire events cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled event will require full forfeiture unless rebooked.

Tide-Related Adjustments (Post-Set-Up): In the event that the tide is deemed too high to safely maintain the current beach chair setup, all chairs will need to be picked up. If chairs are unavailable for an extended period due to rising tides, refunds will be issued based on the time of disruption. Partial refunds will be provided depending on the time of the day that the chairs are impacted.

Tide-Related Adjustments (Pre-Set-Up): If the tide is deemed too high before beach chairs are set out in the morning, the "Seasonal Row" will be moved to the south property, and the “Shoreline Row” will remain. If the south property is fully booked a full refund will be issued. If the tide is deemed too high for both North and South property's all beach chairs will receive a full refund.

Chair Groupings: A maximum of six (6) chairs per grouping is allowed. If additional chairs are requested, they will be placed in the adjacent grouping, no less than six (6) feet from the original set of chairs.

Umbrellas: Due to spacing and beach setup requirements, we will not be able to accommodate requests for additional umbrellas beyond the original reservation.
